Thank you for shopping with Mix Match Value! We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Below you'll find details on our shipping practices for all domestic orders within Singapore.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 12 to 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, your order will be handed over to our delivery team.

 

Shipping Method

We use SPX Express or our own delivery drivers to deliver all orders across Singapore. At this time, we only ship domestically and do not offer international shipping.

 

Shipping Rates & Minimum Order

- Flat shipping fee: $2.80 per order

- Minimum cart amount: $12

Orders below the minimum cart amount will not be processed.

 

Delivery Timeframe

Deliveries typically take 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. 

During peak periods, holidays, or in the event of unexpected delays (e.g., high order volumes), delivery may take slightly longer. We will notify you if such delays occur.

 

Order Tracking

We provide tracking numbers for all orders once they are dispatched. You will receive the tracking details via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status.

 

Exchanges & Delivery Issues

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a free exchange and deliver the correct item to you as soon as possible.
