Exchanges & Delivery Issues
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We will arrange for a free exchange and ensure the correct item is delivered to you as quickly as possible.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the item received (if applicable)
Conditions for Exchange
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging (when applicable).
- Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
